Meeting of the group at 8:45 AM on Kalemegdan at the mock-up of the Despot Stefan Lazarevic Castle. (Please be on time at schedulede time and place, you can find the exact location on this map.)
At the very beginning of the tour, you will hear a story about despot Stefan and his marvelous destiny. Then we take the bus and continue the journey towards the Manasija monastery, which he has raised and where he was buried. During the trip, you'll also hear about his stay in Constantinople, where he was taken as a 12-year-old boy after the death of his father Lazar during the Battle of Kosovo and which military skills he gained there.
As we stay in the monastery, you will also hear about his artistic soul and creativity. We drive to Smederevo - to visit the largest Serbian medieval fortress. It was erected by despot Đurađ Branković in the heaviest moments for the Serbian state. Followed by Country Club Baba visit on Kosmaj, on whose slopes Stefan Lazarević was killed. We will spend the rest of the day in this oasis of peace and tranquility and the heart of untouched nature. For those who want, they can walk around or ride a horse.
