Tour description:
This tour is a half-day tour suitable for all kinds of tourists. The adventure begins at the Niš Railway station, where we will catch a train from Niš to Ostrovica.
During this ride, we'll watch our city from another angle. This will certainly be a big surprise for all of you. The ride takes about 30 minutes, and we will also see the most beautiful part of Sićevo gorge again from a totally different angle. After the arrival in Ostrovica, we will hear the story about this village and see its small Railway station and then go to Small hydropower plant "Sveta Petka" and hear a story about energy, Nikola Tesla and others. After this visit, we'll go to St. Petka Monastery. A unique monastery built by the National Army. After visiting the monastery, we will go for a short ride to Niška Banja and take a walk and hear stories about this place and its beautiful buildings. After a break in Niška Banja, we will catch a bus and go back to Niš.
