Departure from Leskovac at 4.00 AM from the parking lot at the train station, from Niš at 4.45 AM from the parking lot of the Tempo hypermarket, with the possibility of a passenger pick-up and a break for the group break.
Continued journey to the canyon of Uvac – the Serbian Colorado! Arrival to the camp ranger around 10 AM at the entrance to the natural reserve of the canyon of the river Uvac - Markova Ravan (Krstac).
Optional: Boat ride around the meanders for about 3 hours. During the 13 km long drive, visitors will the Tubic Cave, the old suspension bridge, the Girl Rock, the meadows of the Uvac River, the habitat of the Griffon Vultures, the Ice Cave. Entering the Ice Cave, which features a wealth of cave jewelry.
The most common cave jewelry is the pillars, and it also has an abundance of stalagmites, draperies, bog baths, and travertine terraces. Continue cruising to the platform from where the hiking tour begins to the lookout Prayer. This track is not difficult at all and can be mastered by complete beginners and does not require special physical training or equipment. The approximate time for mastering the track is about 2h. Upon arrival at the lookout, you will have a rest, enjoying the view of Uvac and the flights of griffon vultures. Return to ranger camp.
Free time for lunch at one of the campsite restaurants. Instead of a hiking tour, you can choose an optional jeep safari to the Prayer Lookout, with alternative paths to the Pester Plateau for about 20 minutes per direction.
Group gathering around 6 PM and departure to Nis and Leskovac. Arrival at the place of departure in the late evening.
